Academy Travels to Steubenville

Over the weekend, the students of Gregory the Great Academy traveled to Steubenville, Ohio to be the guests of Dr. Scott Hahn and family.  On Saturday they visited Pittsburgh, toured the Fort Pitt Museum, and performed juggling shows throughout the Iron City.  The boys returned to Steubenville for dinner and a talk by Dr. Hahn on the “Our Father.”

Sunday included another juggling show performed for the students of Franciscan University.  The main event however was the High Mass sung by the Highlander Schola Cantorum.  In addition to the proper of Mass, the Schola sang a beautiful polyphonic Mass ordinary and several motets.

Our many thanks are extended to Hahn family and Franciscan University for their generous hospitality!
